FUJIFILM Corporation (President: Kenji Sukeno) has unveiled two additional interchangeable GF lenses for the GFX System, the GF30mmF3.5 R WR wide prime lens, which has been the most requested lens from the Fujifilm User Community, and the GF80mmF1.7 R WR fast standard prime lens, which will be the GF lens with the widest aperture. This will take the total lineup of lenses to 13 to accommodate the growing needs of image-makers around the world.

(1) Wide-angle prime lens “GF30mmF3.5 R WR”
This is a compact wide prime lens with the focal length of 30mm (equivalent to 24mm in the 35mm format), which is suitable for landscape photography. This lens is designed to be compact and lightweight with the target size and weight to be similar to the GF45mmF2.8 R WR.

(2) Large-aperture standard lens “GF80mmF1.7 R WR”
This will be the lens with the widest aperture in the GF lens range and have a focal length of 80mm (equivalent to 63mm in the 35mm film format), which is suitable for portraits and low light scenes. The image quality will be comparable to the highly regarded GF110mmF2 R LM WR, but offer a wider angle of view and a more compact form factor.

Fujifilm will continue to expand the lens line-up to support a wide range of photographttps://www.fujifilm.com/news/n200123_03.htmlhy styles and requirements.
